Visit Mae Hong Son and explore the highlights with a local tourist guide. Introduce yourself to the locals in the Ban Muang Pon and get to know their usual practices. Itinerary:

Day 1: Mae Hong Son – Ban Muang Pon (Lunch, Dinner)

In the morning depart from your hotel in Mae Hong Son.
Drive over the beautiful mountain to Khun Yuam district.
Upon arrival meet your local guide and experience local Shan or Tai-Yai tradition and culture.
Visit the Shan temple and the late morning, meet your host family and then enjoy traditional Shan cuisine for your lunch.
